I'm an evangelist for rock n' roll...for weirdos & geeks...and for cats! My passion has always been music & art, so 20 years ago I finally decided to figure out how to use that passion to pay the bills, literally turning my hobbies into my "job". Working with several bands on various levels, thrifting to rescue music items from the wild, plus a freelance art job here & there has kept me quite busy for a couple decades. Did I mention I like cats?

WIFFLEFIST Show June 2024 (Part 1): Video Walk-Thru at LUMP Gallery
WIFFLEFIST was a collective of creative weirdos formed in 1990 in Raleigh, NC. Over a period of a few years we released vinyl, tapes & CDs from a variety of abnormal bands, and also created & performed live concerts & other stage productions. This show at LUMP gallery in Raleigh pays tribute to our "33 1/3 Anniversary"...featuring walls full of photos, documents & memorabilia, as well as a few live performances by WIFFLEFIST bands. We haven't played live in decades, but we have a little live show coming up at LUMP Gallery in Raleigh, NC on June 22nd, 2024. I dunno how the music business moved on so quickly from these guys. I was an ATL kid and so I always thought they were just a local hit but learned much later how close to huge they were nationally. Anyway, there was a bit of a gold rush mentality stampeding from MTV alt to grunge and maybe they got overlooked in this shift. Anyway, they have some great songs and glad to see them still playing.
